In order to start on time please arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled escape start time. Not valid for specialty bookings. Not valid toward sales tax or booking fees which is required to be collected on site before your escape can begin. Private Escape Room offer allows up to the maximum capacity of the escape booked. If a Private Escape is not booked there is the possibility that another customer/group may join your escape. Red Giant does not intentionally book customers together for non private escapes. A minimum of 4 attendees is required for any escape. This voucher is only valid for the following escapes: Deep South, Excalibur and Neverland. Voucher admissions cannot be split or partially refunded. Purchasers booking are subject to Red Giant Escape Room Policies even if not listed on this site.
